This Privacy Policy explains how NETLOGIC E.E. (G.E.MI. No. 172884509000, VAT No. EL802245013), a company registered in Greece (“NETLOGIC”, “we”, “us”), processes personal data through the website www.netlogic.gr, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and applicable Greek law.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Contact form data: when you send us a message, we process your name, email address, company name (optional), selected topic and the content of your message.
- Technical data: our web server automatically records basic technical information (IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in log files, for security and proper operation of the website. When you submit the contact form, your IP address is included in the notification we receive, and a one-way keyed hash of it is stored temporarily (up to 24 hours) to prevent abuse of the form.
- Session cookie: a strictly necessary session cookie is set only when the contact form security code (captcha) is displayed, so that the code can be verified. It expires when you close your browser.
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts, scripts and the security code (captcha) are served from our own server; no data is sent to third-party services such as font or captcha providers when you visit.

Data may be processed by technical service providers that support the operation of the website and our email (such as hosting providers), solely on our behalf and under appropriate agreements, or disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
